Ingredients:

1.Sattu
2. 1 glass of water
3. 1 lemon

Instructions :

1.First of all you have to need sattu powder because It also controls flatulence, constipation, and acidity and  it cleanses your colon, and helps remove greasy food, from the walls of intestine and rejuvenates the entire digestion process.

2. Take one glass of water and mix sattu in it 

3.You can also add lemon in this shake and mix well

4. 2 cups of sattu shake daily will help you gain weight.

Ingredients :

1. 1 cup of oats
2. Handfull of almonds
3. Milk (any)
4. Peanut butter
5.  Banana
6. Whey protein
7. Honey

Instructions :

1. First of all , you have to grind 1 cup of oats in mixer grinder .

2. Add handfull of almonds , half litres of milk ,  1 tablespoon of peanut butter , put 1 or 2 banana, 1 spoon of whey protein (optional) and honey .

3. Mix all these ingredients in mixer grinder.

1. 2 banana 
2. Handfull almonds
3. 200g of oats
4.  2 whole eggs
5. 1 cup of milk

1. here ,you first of all you have to take a mixer grinder .
2. You have to put oats ,banana , handfull of almonds , eggs , 1 cup of milk in it.
3. And then mix all these ingredients and it is ready for drinking. and this shake have 1100g of calories, 50g of protein , 171g of carbs , 33g of fats.

1.  Banana
2. ½cup of oats
3. ¼ low fat milk
4. Any peanut butter

Instructions :

1.First of all you have to put oats ,banana, low fat milk and then peanut butter in mixer grinder.

2. Mix all the ingredients in mixer grinder

3. It is ready for weight gaining.

Ingredients :

1. White oats 60 g 
2. peanut butter
3. Banana 
4. skimmed milk 250ml
5.  Almonds
6. Honey

Instructions :

1. First of all , you have put white oats, 2 tabespoons of peanut butter , 2 cutting banana , 250ml of milk , handfull of almonds , 1 tablespoon of honey in mixer grinder.

2. mix all the ingredients in mixer grinder.

3. and serve in it you any shaker or bottle 
and here the shake are ready for drinking
and for gaining weight. In this shake has 31g of protein, 143g of carbs , 37g of fats and 1029g of calories.
